Custom Pages

Publish pages such as your Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or About page, and link them in the header, footer or account menu.

Custom pages hold static content that belongs on your store, such as legal pages, an About page or an FAQ. Manage them under Admin → Pages.

Create a page

  1. Go to Admin → Pages → Create.
  2. Enter a title and a slug. The slug becomes the URL: about-us is published at /pages/about-us.
  3. Write the content in Markdown.
  4. Set the status. Inactive pages are hidden from visitors.

Add the page to your navigation

When editing a page, you can attach one or more navigation links to it. Each link has a placement:

PlacementWhere it appears
navigation-itemThe main navigation bar in the client area header
client-dropdown-itemThe account dropdown menu (top right)
footer-itemThe footer links

For each link you can set the label, the URL (it defaults to the page's own URL, but any URL works), which page it highlights as active, whether to open it in a new tab, and whether to use fast in-app navigation.

A new install has About, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links in the footer. Replace them with your own pages before you launch.
