Placing an Order
Browse products, configure them, check out and pay.
1. Choose a product
Open Categories in the top navigation to browse everything for sale. Click a product to open its page, where you'll see its description, features and prices.
On the product page:
- Choose a billing period, for example monthly or yearly. Longer periods are often cheaper per month.
- Configure the product, if it has options such as memory, location or version. The price updates as you go, and a breakdown shows exactly what you pay for.
- Click Add to cart.
You can keep shopping and add more products. The cart icon in the header shows your total.
Use the currency switcher in the header to see prices in your own currency.
2. Check out
Open your cart to review the items, then fill in your details:
- Account: if you aren't logged in, enter your name, username, email and a password to create your account at the same time.
- Billing details: country, postcode, and for the US and Canada your state or province.
- Company & tax ID (optional): businesses that enter a valid VAT or tax ID may be exempt from sales tax, depending on the store's settings.
Then choose a payment method. The total, including any tax, is shown before you pay.
3. Pay
You're sent to the payment provider, for example Stripe or PayPal, to complete the payment. When you're done, you're returned to the store.
If you have credit in your account, you can choose Balance to pay from it directly.
4. Your service is set up
Once the payment is confirmed:
- you get an order confirmation email,
- your service appears on your dashboard, first as pending or processing,
- it's set up automatically and becomes active, usually within a minute.
Login details for your service, such as a control panel username and password, are shown on the order page. If setup takes longer, you'll get an email when it's ready.
If your payment went through but no order appears after a few minutes, don't pay again. Contact support with your payment reference.
