Your Account

Register, verify your email, secure your account with two-factor authentication and manage your profile.

This section is written for customers of a WemX-powered store. Store owners can link to it from their help pages.

Creating an account

You can create an account in two ways:

  • Register from the Register link in the header (if the store allows registrations).
  • Check out as a guest. Fill in your name, username, email and password at checkout, and your account is created with your first order.

After you register, you'll get an email with a verification link. You need to verify your email before you can use your dashboard. If the email doesn't arrive, request a new one from the verification page.

Some stores also ask you to complete your billing address before you continue.

Your dashboard

After you log in you land on your dashboard. It shows:

  • your active, suspended and terminated services,
  • your account balance,
  • your active subscriptions and paid invoices,
  • shortcuts to place a new order, add balance, or view open support tickets.

The bell icon in the header opens your email inbox: a copy of every email the store has sent you. That's handy if something went to spam.
