Managing Services
View your services, renew them, turn on automatic renewal and share access with other people.
Every product you buy becomes a service (an order) on your dashboard. Click a service to open its page.

Renewing a service
Recurring services have a due date. Renew before it to avoid interruption.
- Open the service and click Renew.
- Choose how long to renew for (1 month up to 2 years), or pick a custom end date.
- Pay the invoice.
The due date moves forward by the period you paid for, even if you renew early, so you never lose days.
If a service isn't renewed, it's suspended a few days after the due date and terminated (permanently deleted) some days after that. The exact number of days depends on the store. You'll get an email when this happens.
Automatic renewal
There are two ways to renew automatically:
- Renew from balance. Turn on auto renew from balance on the service page. When the service is due, the price is taken from your account balance. If your balance is too low, you'll get an email so you can top up or pay manually.
- Subscription. On the Subscription tab, choose a payment method that supports recurring billing, such as PayPal. The provider then charges you every cycle and your service renews itself. You can cancel any time. Your service stays active until its current due date.
Changing the service password
For services with a control panel account, you can change the password from the service page if the provider supports it.
Sharing a service with others
You can give up to five other people access to a service, for example a friend who co-runs your game server.
- Open the service and go to Members.
- Click Invite and enter their email address.
- They get an email, and the invite appears under Order invites in their client area, where they can accept or decline.
You stay the owner and remain responsible for payment. You can remove members at any time.
