What counts as an active service?
Any order that hasn’t been terminated, such as a game server, VPS or hosting account, including pending and suspended ones. Terminated orders don’t count, and paid plans have no limit on how many customers sign up.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Hobby is free forever for up to 25 active services and includes every core billing and automation feature. You can upgrade to Pro or Business whenever you need more.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the year up front and get two months free: $150 a year for Pro instead of $180, and $390 a year for Business instead of $468.
How do lifetime licenses work?
You pay once and own the license. It includes one year of updates and support; after that you can renew updates yearly ($79 for Pro, $199 for Business). If you don’t renew, WemX keeps working on the last version you installed.
Can I switch plans or billing period later?
Yes. Open your order on app.wemx.net to move between Pro and Business or between monthly and yearly billing. The difference is prorated, and your license limits update straight away.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your order on app.wemx.net at any time. Your license stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many local payment methods. Checkout is handled securely by Paddle, our reseller.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout based on where you are, and businesses can enter a tax ID.
